I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Valdivia, and the staff were impressively friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in was heavily affected by cigarette smoke, and the ventilation was poor, making it uncomfortable. The dining options left a lot to be desired as well. Overall, it has great potential but some significant areas need improvement.
